Terms & Conditions

The renter must meet the following basic legal qualifications to hire and operate a self-drive vehicle:

• The renter should be at least 22 years old for renting a self-drive car and should also possess a valid driving license with no endorsement.
• Mileage Package Limits: For 24 hours – 400 kms limit, and for 12 hours – 200 kms limit.
• International Guests: Foreigners should possess a valid international driving license, passport, with visa copy.

Original physical copies must be verified at the time of vehicle pickup or doorstep handover:

• Valid Driving License (for both Indian citizens and foreign nationals).
• Valid Address Proof: Any recognized address proof (Electricity/Power bill, registered rental agreement, or active postpaid mobile bill).
• Aadhaar Card / Government Photo ID for identity authentication.

• Fuel Policy: Cost of fuel is to be borne entirely by the renter. The car must be returned at the same fuel level as handed over.
• Doorstep Delivery / Pickup: Convenient pickup or drop charges are calculated at ₹350 for one way anywhere across Vijayawada.
• Route Disclosure: The customer should inform the route or destinations they will be travelling. Driving to unauthorized routes or unapproved areas will lead to termination of security deposit and legal escalations.
• Zero Tolerance for Drunk Driving: Drunk driving is strictly prohibited. If found, severe penalties, deposit forfeiture, and legal actions will apply.
• Cancellation Policy: If reservation of the vehicle is cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled time, full cancellation charges shall be deducted from the advance paid.
• Billing Cycle: A day means around-the-clock 24 hours. Extra hours beyond agreed schedule will be billed at ₹250 per hour. Rates are subject to change without prior notice during festive seasons.

Any fixture, repair or painting done from an unauthorized garage will strictly not be accepted and the car will be sent to an authorized manufacturer service center to get it fixed. Rental and other incidental charges will be charged accordingly.

Insurance Coverage Thresholds:

• Insurance applicable only if damage value is above ₹75,000 for cars priced below ₹10 Lakh.
• Insurance applicable only if damage value is above ₹1,00,000 for cars priced above ₹10 Lakh.

• Breakdown Assistance: In case of any mechanical breakdown, a replacement car will be made available up to 50 km from the nearest rental hub. Any breakdown or damage occurring beyond 50 km will be the full operational responsibility of the renter.
• Accidental Damage: Any major damage will have to be borne by the renter. Minor damages such as minor dents and scratches will be charged immediately to the renter along with garage downtime charges.
• Tyre & Rim Damage: In case of tyre damage due to driving with a punctured tyre or any major side-wall cut, the prorated replacement cost of the tyre will have to be borne by the renter.
• Accessories: The renter will be charged for any missing or lost tools, spare tyre, stepney, jack, or accessories.
• Security Deposit: Paid refundable deposit will be forfeited in case of accident or damage to the car. Deposit refunds shall be processed within 2 working days after verifying traffic challans and vehicle inspection.

The client will be fully responsible for all operational aspects during the rental duration:

• Daily upkeep, engine oil monitoring, and fluid checks.
• Police Challans & Traffic Violations: Any electronic or physical traffic challan incurred during the rental tenure is 100% the renter's liability.
• Interstate border entry taxes, toll gate payments (FASTag will be settled on actuals).
• Minor routine maintenance and reporting any warning indicators promptly.
• Any misuse, racing, off-roading, overloading, or illegal commercial use of the vehicle.

Legal Immunity & Indemnity: The company will not be responsible for any compensation or claims incurred. The rental vehicle, owner, and travels office are not liable for illegal activities that happen during the trip. In such cases, the renter bears complete legal responsibility for the car until it reaches the owner safely.

The renter acknowledges taking a white-plate vehicle for rent at their own discretion and risk, and agrees to bear any consequences arising therefrom.
