• While we strive to maintain accurate vehicle specifications, fuel economy estimates, and features, actual performance may vary based on driving behavior, terrain, traffic conditions, and passenger payload.
• Vehicle availability is dynamic. Bookings are confirmed only after verification of statutory identity documents and confirmation from our operations team via WhatsApp or telephone.
• Bezawada Car Rentals reserves the right to amend rental tariffs, seasonal security deposit requirements, and promotional slabs without prior notice.

Operation of any rental vehicle is governed strictly by the provisions of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, and state traffic rules:

• The renter must be at least 22 years of age and hold an original, non-endorsed valid Indian Driving License (or International Driving Permit along with a valid Passport and Visa for foreign nationals).
• The vehicle must be driven solely by the authorized individual(s) registered and verified during the pre-booking verification. Sub-renting, lending, or transferring the keys to unverified third parties is strictly prohibited.
• Zero Tolerance for Substance Impairment: Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or intoxicating substances is strictly illegal. In the event of substance impairment, the security deposit is automatically forfeited, and full legal prosecution under IPC and Motor Vehicles laws will be initiated.

Our fleet is dedicated exclusively to personal, family, and professional highway transport. The following operational activities are strictly prohibited:

• Carrying hazardous, inflammable, contraband, or illegal goods as prohibited by Indian Law.
• Using the vehicle for racing, pace-making, reliability trials, speed contests, towing other vehicles, or vehicle driving tuition.
• Off-roading, riverbed crossings, unapproved dirt trails, or severe rocky terrain (with exception to designated recreational trails for 4x4 vehicles when permitted).
• Commercial passenger ferrying or ride-sharing hire without prior commercial contractual agreement.
• Travelling along unapproved routes or interstate border crossings not disclosed during booking reservation.

The renter assumes 100% financial and legal responsibility for all incidents, infractions, and government dues incurred throughout the active rental duration:

• Electronic Traffic Challans: Any traffic challan issued by state traffic police or national highway cameras (including signal jumping, illegal parking, lane indiscipline, overspeeding, or seatbelt violations) is the direct liability of the renter.
• Toll Booth Charges: National highway toll plaza charges recorded on the vehicle FASTag during the journey will be settled upon check-in based on actual usage.
• Interstate Permits: Commercial entry permits or state border taxes (if travelling outside Andhra Pradesh / Telangana) must be procured and paid by the hirer.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law:

• Bezawada Car Rentals, its registered partners, directors, and staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from schedule delays, mechanical failure, highway road closures, weather anomalies, or acts of God.
• The company holds no responsibility for personal luggage, jewelry, electronic devices, or valuable goods left inside the vehicle during or after the rental period.
• The renter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bezawada Car Rentals and the vehicle owner against all claims, liabilities, lawsuits, and legal expenses arising from negligence, improper operation, or breach of statutory traffic laws by the renter.
