• Contact Details: Full Name, telephone/WhatsApp contact number, emergency family contact, and residential address.
• Booking & Trip Details: Vehicle model requested, rental schedule (pickup and drop dates/times), dispatch hub or doorstep delivery address, and declared travel route.
• Payment & Refund Data: UPI ID or Bank Account credentials provided strictly for processing the return of your security deposit within 2 working days.

Your personal information is used exclusively for lawful purposes related to vehicle rental execution and road safety:

• Authenticating driving eligibility under the Motor Vehicles Act (age minimum 22 years, non-endorsed license).
• Managing your reservation, coordinating vehicle handover at airport terminals or doorsteps, and generating invoices.
• Facilitating prompt 24/7 on-road emergency assistance, breakdown support, and communication during your active road trip.
• Reconciling highway FASTag toll debits and verifying traffic challans issued by state police authorities during the active tenure.
• Refunding refundable security deposits back to your bank account or UPI within 2 business days following vehicle return inspection.

For passenger security, fleet protection, and statutory compliance, rental vehicles are equipped with onboard telematics devices:

• Odometer & Distance Tracking: Automated logging of distance driven to accurately verify 24-hour (400 km) and 12-hour (200 km) rental packages.
• Highway Speed Monitoring: Onboard safety telemetry monitors highway cruising speed against the mandated 110 km/h speed threshold.
• Theft Prevention: In the event of vehicle misappropriation, unauthorized route deviation into forbidden territories, or vehicle theft, location data may be shared with law enforcement authorities for asset recovery.
